With Tasmanian winters and Queensland summers being renowned to slow down the construction industry, VEC soon found foot on the ground in Queensland. Our versatile crew will work together with local support to complete works around the wet and dry seasons.
Today, a large portion of VEC’s projects are conducted in Queensland, making it the second biggest State for VEC.
Over the years, VEC has completed many projects in Central and North West Queensland, as well as works on the Bruce Highway.
VEC has a close working relationship with Queensland Rail and the Department of Transport and Main Roads, as well as with several local Councils throughout the State.
